Quiet and comfy location, clean hotel in general.

Good value for money and a nice size units with fast Wifi as well as lovely decor. Excellent service throughout our stay.

We were in Aktau for 4 days, had really really nice stay, the hotel was clean with particularly good location in the very center. The breakfast with various food. Location: the venue was right by Aktau, Kazakhstan and the ferry......

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Aktau, I was impressed by the beautiful hotel and the comfortable room. The bed provided a restful sleep, and the lobby was a relaxing place to spend some time. The buffet...  

The property was in the middle of the city. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV.

The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, room was clean and ready early, comfortable bed, great location in old town, provided amenities like bathrobe and slippers, large bottle of drinking water.

During my New Year's stay, I enjoyed the complimentary champagne and chocolates offered by the hotel, which added a nice touch to the festivities. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city center, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, making my stay more enjoyable.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a swimming pool or a larger gym, as I like to work out during my travels. the lack of variety in the breakfast options was a letdown.

During my Xmas stay, I was impressed with the spacious rooms and comfortable beds that this hotel offered. the front desk receptionist was really nice and efficient. The key location of the hotel was also a plus point as it was located right in the middle of old town, making it easy to walk to see the Caspian sea, go shopping, or find places to eat.

The sound insulation of the rooms was not up to the mark as we could hear the cars on the street and even feel the bass from a nearby disco. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, especially as we had booked the hotel for a sleepover before an early morning flight.

This hotel is in a very central location, close to the business district and the heart of the city. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to assist with anything you may need. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great bedding and heating systems. The breakfast is impressive and features nice variety. a great choice for a pleasant stay.

The hotel lacks a swimming pool and gym, which may be a drawback for some guests.

This hotel was exceptional! We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities. The staff were ready to assist on everything, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location in the very center of the city made it easy for us to get around and explore. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast served at the restaurant.
